Adivvka is a town situated on Ukraine's front line, just outside the disputed city of Donetsk. The town is caught between the fighting sides of the Ukrainian Army and Russian Separatists. Regularly experiencing, shelling, gun fights and bombings, the residents of the town find various ways of detaching themselves from the horror of war. On the edge of the town, surrounded by mines and a few miles away from the fighting, the town's former Soviet gym hosts many young people looking to train to box. A sport that is very popular amongst Ukrainians, with many leading Boxing professionals from the country, the gym provides a focus and escape.  Sweat, No Blood is the motto of the gym which looks to build a brighter future through sport rather than violence.
